Private guidance. Visible progress.

Some of the most successful careers are built with guidance. You just rarely hear about it.

Behind many promotions, career changes, leadership journeys and international opportunities, there is often someone asking the right questions, challenging assumptions and helping people see what they cannot yet see themselves.

Most people simply never talk about it.

02The hidden message

You Probably Know Someone.

Someone who received a promotion sooner than expected.
Someone who moved abroad.
Someone who became a manager.
Someone who completely changed careers.

Chances are… they did not do it completely alone.

Many successful professionals quietly work with mentors, coaches or experienced leaders.

Not because they are weak.

Because they understand that perspective changes everything.

The conversations usually remain private.
The results rarely do.

03   Corporate background

After Two Decades on the Other Side of the Table

I have spent more than twenty years in international corporate environments.

During that time I have been responsible for hiring, developing and leading people across multiple countries and cultures.

I have reviewed thousands of CVs. Conducted hundreds of interviews. Made hiring decisions for technical specialists, managers and senior leaders. Worked with international teams throughout Europe. Led large organisations.

And perhaps more importantly—I have spent years helping people become leaders.

Developing Leaders Has Been My Profession

For more than a decade, leadership development has been one of the most rewarding parts of my career.

I have designed and delivered internationally recognised corporate leadership programmes for engineers, specialists, first-time managers, experienced leaders and executive teams.

From communication and influence to delegation, coaching, performance management and strategic leadership…

My focus has always been the same: helping people become the kind of leader others genuinely want to follow.

05Why Mulinus

Why I Started Mulinus

Throughout my corporate career, many friends, colleagues and former team members kept asking for help with interviews, career decisions and leadership challenges.

I realised something.

Access to experienced career guidance is often limited to people who already work inside large corporations.

It shouldn’t be.

Today I simply want to make the same experience available outside the corporate world. Especially for young professionals who deserve honest guidance before making life-changing career decisions.

This is not about selling motivation.
It is about sharing experience.
